Taking Advantage of Tutorial #5

This is just a variation on the collapsing tile stacks we built in tutorial #5. Instead of moving them just in the X direction each new stack is slightly moved and rotated until we have turned about 90 degrees. The camera has also been animated to move along with the action and to make a few turning movements. The usual notice: do not assume that I have a clue about how to use Blender...

Working With the Camera

There are a number of ways to modify the camera position. As a start you may want to split the 3D screen in half. On the right half select the camera view. On the left half select the camera object and begin to munipulate the position with the 3D transform munipulator. As you make changes in the left screen the view through the camera will change in the right screen. Lots of good information on the net about the blender camera.

Once the 3rd and 4th Blender tutorials are complete I will try to add some instructions on how to move the camera with keyframes. In the mean time there are lots of frames that you can be creating.

Thanks for reading.
